EdTech
Project Overview
After launching the EdTech website on Google in May, the site started showing noticeable organic growth within a short period. By June, the website began gaining stronger visibility, more impressions, and consistent clicks from Google Search.
The main SEO work focused on building a clean foundation through On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and proper keyword insertion across important pages.
The Challenge
As a newly launched EdTech website, the main challenge was to help Google understand the website structure, page topics, and target keywords quickly.
The website needed:
- A clear keyword strategy
- Proper on-page optimization
- Improved technical SEO structure
- Better search visibility for relevant EdTech queries
- A stronger foundation for future organic growth
Since the website was new, it had limited authority and no strong backlink profile at the beginning.
What We Did
1. On-Page SEO Optimization
We optimized the important pages with proper SEO structure, including:
- SEO-friendly titles
- Optimized meta descriptions
- Proper heading structure
- Clear content formatting
- Internal keyword placement
- Improved page relevance
The goal was to make each page easier for both users and Google to understand.
2. Technical SEO Improvements
We also worked on the technical side of the website to improve crawlability and indexing.
This included:
- Improving page structure
- Checking indexability
- Optimizing important technical SEO elements
- Making sure Google could properly crawl the website
- Fixing basic technical issues that could affect visibility
This helped the site become more search-engine friendly after launch.
3. Proper Keyword Insertion
Relevant EdTech keywords were inserted naturally across the website content.
Instead of keyword stuffing, the focus was on placing keywords in the right areas, such as:
- Page titles
- Headings
- Intro sections
- Service or course-related content
- Meta information
- Important page sections
This helped Google better understand the website’s topical relevance.
Results
After the website launched in May, the site started showing clear growth in June.
According to Google Search Console data, the website achieved:
- Total Clicks: 86
- Total Impressions: 443
- Average CTR: 19.4%
- Average Position: 7.7
These results show that the website started gaining visibility quickly and was able to attract relevant clicks from Google Search within a short time after launch.
The average position of 7.7 is a positive early signal, especially for a new EdTech website. It means several keywords were already appearing on the first page or near the first page of Google.
Key Observation
The growth has been strong for a newly launched website. The combination of On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and proper keyword insertion helped Google understand the website faster and improved early organic visibility.
However, the website still has room for further improvement. Since the backlink profile is still limited, building quality backlinks from relevant and trusted websites can help improve authority, ranking stability, and keyword growth.
Next Step Recommendation
To continue the growth, the next focus should be on:
- Building high-quality backlinks
- Publishing more topical EdTech content
- Strengthening internal linking
- Improving existing ranking pages
- Tracking keyword movement in Google Search Console
With consistent SEO work and quality link-building, the website has strong potential to achieve even better organic growth in the coming months.
Conclusion
This EdTech SEO project shows how a newly launched website can gain early organic traction when the SEO foundation is done properly.
By focusing on On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and natural keyword optimization, the website started getting impressions, clicks, and strong average rankings within a short period after launch.
The current growth is promising, and with additional quality backlinks, the website can achieve stronger authority, higher rankings, and more organic traffic in the future.
