Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our services at www.bizpartner360.com (”website”), operated by BizPartner 360 LLC (“company,” “we,” “our,”or “us”). We are committed to delivering quality services to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be requested and granted.

1 1. Eligibility for Refund

1.1. To be eligible for a full or partial refund, clients must submit a written request via email to ceo@bizpartner360.com within ten (10) calendar days from the date of payment.

1.2. Refund requests made after this period will not be eligible unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

2. Refund Conditions

2.1. If work on the project has not yet commenced, a full refund may be granted.

2.2. If the project has already started, the Company will assess the completed work, time invested (including communication and administrative time), and apply a pro-rated refund based on our standard hourly rates.

2.3. Once the service or deliverables are provided in full, no refund will be issued.

2.4. Refunds requested solely due to the client’s internal changes or strategic shifts will be subject to review and approval, and may not be granted if service has already been delivered.

3. Exclusions & Limitations

3.1. As outlined in our service agreements, all payments for completed work are non-refundable.

3.2. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction arising from factors beyond our control, such as third-party decisions or market responses (e.g., sales outcomes).

4. Manual Review & Security Hold

4.1. All refund requests are subject to a manual review process by the Company’s management.

4.2. If approved, refunds are subject to a security hold period of up to ninety (90) days to ensure proper reconciliation and compliance.

4.3. Approved refund amounts will be released after the security period via the original payment method or as otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

5.1. In the event of any refund, the client agrees not to use or repurpose any of the strategy, plan, or content shared by BizPartner 360 LLC.

5.2. Unauthorized use of confidential materials after a refund may result in legal action.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or relating to this Policy shall be resolved in the courts located within Wyoming.
